THE KA MANSION

ABOUT OUR HOUSE

The Kappa Alpha “Mansion” is one of the largest and we believe most beautiful fraternity houses on Georgia Tech’s campus. Completed in 2001, it serves as a wonderful establishment for housing, social functions, as well as a prime location for tailgating during football season. We’re extremely proud of our home, and are so thankful for the generous parents and alumni that contributed donations in order for us to have such a wonderful establishment.

The Mansion is modeled after a true Colonial Southern plantation home, and has two stories of living space. Our dining area, grand room, alumni room, Presidents room, and several brother’s living quarters are all downstairs. The majority of the brother’s living quarters are upstairs as well as the chapter’s study room. The house can comfortably accommodate 36 brothers and is located between the Business School and the new CULC building on campus. The spacious grand room and lot behind the house are great locations where we host most of our band parties throughout the year and our front lawn provides a great area for tailgating before Yellow Jackets Football games.
